Hello, I am the Career Pathways Specialist at Bolton High School. We have a graduation requirement that all students must complete a job shadow before graduating. We are always looking for people to support this by hosting one of our students for a day or part of a day and allowing them to tag along and “see what this career is like”.

I am looking for professionals who would be willing to be on a list of job shadow contacts. I keep a list of people willing to be “shadowed” so that when students come and tell me what they are interested in, I can give them possible contacts for their job shadow.

I’m not sure how to do it but I would love to connect with any rotarians who would be willing to help our students in their career search. Is there a way to let your members know about our program and our need for professionals to be job shadow sites?

Thank you for your consideration. I can be reached at bakert@boltonct.org or at 860-649-3353.

    Best regards,
    Tricia Baker
