DECORUM EXPECTED OF MANCHESTER ROTARIANS

Rotary members should be polite and act with courtesy even if they don’t agree with the speaker, his/her topic or the particular information discussed.

If you must leave the meeting early and cannot be present during the speaker’s presentation, you should approach the speaker during the meal and express your apology.

If a speaker and/or topic is announced in the Spinner and you have any objection, you should contact the club president and state your reason(s) for the opposition.

Cell phones and pagers should be turned off during the meeting unless you need these for emergency purposes.  If you must answer a call, please leave the dining room to speak on your phone.
